Responsible for contacting and marketing dealerships to bring consignment and increase the buyer/seller base within the auction. Develop long-term relationships with new prospects and enhance current client relationships.

Summary:
Responsible for contacting and marketing dealerships to bring consignment and increase the buyer/seller base within the auction. Develop long-term relationships with new prospects and enhance current client relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represents auction with utmost professionalism through various social events
- Maintains update documentation through Auction Software
- Contacts dealers by telemarketing including existing accounts and cold calling
- Telemarketing in house by contacting a minimum of 30 existing clients and 15 prospective clients, totaling a minimum of 45 calls per day
- Coordinate transportation of vehicles to the auction
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers to ensure success of weekly auction sales
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum one year sales experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- Basic computer software and keyboarding skills
- Strong customer relation skills
- Well developed presentation skills
- Strong team player
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Previous sales experience in automotive industry a plus
